Now Hiring: Commercial Banker-Digital
We’re looking for a dedicated Commercial Banker- Digital who will be responsible for processing large volumes of referred commercial solar loans, growing the C&I installer network, meeting and exceeding budgeted deposit production goals and supporting the launch of a power purchase agreement. You’ll be an integral part of expanding our commercial solar line of business– always championing Climate First Bank’s mission and making an impact where it matters most.

Compensation — In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives and equity. Actual compensation is based on industry salary ranges, internal salary structures, experience, skills and other job-related factors.

What You’ll Contribute as the Commercial Digital Banker
Growth
- Proactively process large volumes of incoming low complexity commercial solar loans.
- Actively build and expand our C&I partner network to further increase loan referral volumes.
- Meet or exceed annual loan production and deposit goals.
Processing and Conversion
- Prioritize improving application processing times and achieve improvement rate goals while maintaining exceptional customer service and accuracy.
- Maintain desired submission vs. approval rates.
Purchase Power Agreements
- Support the launch of a Purchase Power Agreement (PPA) by year end.
Risk, Compliance & Controls
- Pursue and demonstrate an understanding of all established Bank policies, procedures, and regulations, but especially those defined by BSA, AML, CIP, and OFAC.

What You’ll Leverage in this Role:
Experience & Education
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial solar lending and business development
- Deep understanding of the solar industry, financial products and services

What to expect from your physical environment
- Remote role within the United States; Eastern Standard Hours.
- Occasional U.S. travel for company events.
- Sustained standing and sitting.
- Frequent communication (speaking and listening) and use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor.
