As a Commercial Solutions Banker, you’ll serve as a key member of our Digital Banking team, delivering a high-touch, seamless digital experience for commercial and business clients. You’ll guide clients through onboarding, treasury service implementation, and digital banking support while building strong relationships that drive satisfaction and growth. What You’ll Contribute as the Commercial Solutions Banker

Client Onboarding & Account Opening

  • Serve as the primary contact for new commercial clients during deposit account setup. Guide clients through documentation and digital onboarding for accurate, efficient setup. 
  • Open commercial checking accounts while ensuring compliance with KYC, BSA/AML, and internal controls.

Cash Management & Treasury Services

  • Implement treasury solutions such as ACH, wires, Positive Pay, RDC, and liquidity tools. 
  • Conduct client training on digital platforms and collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

Digital Banking Support

  • Provide Tier 1 support for online and mobile banking, including troubleshooting and navigation assistance.  
  • Manage support queues and shared inboxes to ensure timely resolution and strong digital engagement.

Relationship Management

  • Deliver concierge-level service, resolve inquiries, and build lasting client relationships. 
  • Identify opportunities for additional banking solutions and advise on fraud prevention best practices.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies. 
  • Maintain accurate records, monitor risk indicators, and support process improvements for a better client experience.

What You’ll Leverage in this Role:

Experience & Education

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial or business banking, treasury management, or a similar client service role. 
  • Strong understanding of commercial account structures and treasury service products.

What to expect from your physical environment

  • Remote role within the United States; Eastern Standard Hours.
  • Occasional U.S. travel for company events and leadership sessions.
  • Sustained standing and sitting.
  • Frequent communication (speaking and listening) and use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor.
  • Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
