We’re building a Digital Branch that’s redefining what banking means—and we’re seeking part-time Digital Banking Interns who are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, supporting growth, and learning how to shape the future of finance.
As a Digital Banking Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with our digital-first clients, supporting lending, deposit, and impact-driven initiatives. This is more than an internship—it’s a chance to learn, contribute, and grow while making a meaningful impact through purpose-driven finance.
What You’ll Contribute in This Role:
- Deliver WOW-Worthy Service: Support client engagement through virtual channels, learning how to provide personalized, high-touch assistance.
- Onboard with Impact: Assist with new client onboarding and gain insight into building long-term digital banking relationships.
- Champion Our Mission: Learn how banking and sustainability intersect, and contribute to projects aligned with our values.
- Support Growth & Innovation: Assist in digital banking operations, marketing efforts, and product support.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with banking, lending, and tech teams to gain exposure to real-world workflows and tools.

Internship Details:
- Commitment: Part-time, flexible schedule (20-30 hours per week).
- Compensation: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience.
- Duration: Semester-based with potential for extension.
- Location: Remote.
