Now Hiring: Loan Documentation Specialist

As our Loan Documentation Specialist, you will be the detail-driven engine behind our commercial and consumer lending operations. You’ll be responsible for preparing and reviewing loan documentation, coordinating with attorneys and lenders, and ensuring every closing is executed with precision and compliance. This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to make a meaningful impact through purpose-driven finance.

The Rockstar Loan Documentation Specialist we are looking for is located in the United States and able to consistently work Eastern Standard Time hours.

What you’ll be driving as a Loan Documentation Specialist

  • Document Preparation: Draft and prepare loan documents for commercial and consumer loans, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Attorney Document Review: Review attorney-prepared loan packages for accuracy and consistency with approved credit terms. Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections prior to closing.
  • Closing Coordination: Work closely with lenders, attorneys, title companies, and internal teams to schedule and coordinate loan closings. Ensure all required documentation is received, reviewed, and ready for execution.
  • Compliance & Quality Control: Maintain a strong understanding of lending regulations and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards. Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline documentation workflows and improve turnaround times. Collaborate with team members to implement best practices.

Who you are:

·       Detail-Oriented & Precise: You have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for getting things right the first time. You take pride in producing clean, accurate, and compliant documentation.

·       Experienced in Loan Documentation: You bring 3+ years of experience in commercial and/or consumer loan documentation. You’re familiar with loan systems, legal terminology, and closing procedures.

·       Collaborative & Communicative: You work well with lenders, attorneys, and operations teams. You’re a clear communicator who keeps everyone informed and aligned.

·       Compliance-Minded: You understand the importance of regulatory compliance and are comfortable navigating the requirements of consumer and commercial lending.

·       Organized & Efficient: You manage multiple priorities with ease, meet deadlines consistently, and keep your workflow organized and transparent.
