Now Hiring: Escrow and Mortgage Servicing Specialist

As our Escrow and Mortgage Servicing Specialist, you’ll be a key player in managing escrow accounts and servicing residential mortgage loans. You’ll ensure accurate disbursements, timely payments, and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional service to our customers and internal teams. The Rockstar Escrow and Mortgage Servicing Specialist we are looking for is located in the United States and able to consistently work Eastern Standard Time hours.

What you’ll be driving as a Loan Documentation Specialist

• Manage escrow account setup, maintenance, and disbursements for taxes and insurance
• Process mortgage payments, payoffs, and loan draws accurately and on time
• Perform escrow analysis and ensure compliance with RESPA and other regulations
• Reconcile escrow and mortgage servicing accounts daily and monthly
• Track insurance and tax payments using third-party vendors
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve servicing issues with professionalism
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan servicing operations

Who you are:

·       Experienced in mortgage servicing and escrow account management

·       Knowledgeable in RESPA, TILA, and other mortgage servicing regulations

·       Detail-oriented with strong accounting and reconciliation skills

·       Proficient in loan servicing systems and Microsoft Office

·       Excellent communicator and team collaborator

·       Mission-aligned and excited to support a purpose-driven organization
