What You’ll Contribute in This Role:

Deliver WOW-Worthy Service Engage with clients daily through virtual channels, offering personalized, high-touch support. You’ll gather feedback, collaborate with designers and engineers, and help shape seamless, scalable solutions that delight our users.

Onboard with Impact Guide new clients through a smooth and welcoming digital onboarding experience that sets the tone for long-term success.

Champion Our Mission Partner with internal teams to uphold our commitment to sustainability and carbon neutrality—because doing good is part of doing business.

Drive Growth & Innovation Be a full-service digital banker, focused on expanding deposits and consumer lending. You’ll help craft and execute marketing strategies, promote new products, and turn opportunities into strategic relationships.

Build Loyalty Deepen client relationships by identifying needs, offering tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to boost retention.

Support Solar Lending & Values-Aligned Products Play a key role in delivering purpose-driven financial solutions, including our solar lending initiatives.

Collaborate with Tech Teams Help define product requirements, write user stories, and prioritize development tasks using Monday.com.
