Now Hiring: Staff Accountant As a Deposit & Treasury Operations Advanced Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economic vision. You’ll be at the heart of our daily operations, ensuring the seamless processing of ACH, RDC, wires, card transactions, and online banking services, while also managing critical back-office functions like research, wire reviews, cash orders, and IRA file maintenance. What You’ll Be Driving as a Deposit & Treasury Ops Advanced Specialist:
- Take command of ACH operations by expertly monitoring transactions, swiftly resolving exceptions, and tackling unauthorized debits, IATs, and death notifications with precision and urgency.
- Lead the charge on wire transfers, ensuring every outgoing wire is reviewed, verified, and executed flawlessly—because accuracy and security are non-negotiable.
- Own the RDC review process, diving into threshold and exception items to safeguard against fraud and ensure seamless remote deposit experiences for our clients.
- Champion card operations by managing new card reviews, limit increases, and exception handling—keeping our cardholders empowered and protected.
- Be the guardian of account integrity, meticulously reviewing new account documents, verifying titles, and ensuring every maintenance transaction is accurate and compliant.
- Steer the oversight of IRA and HSA accounts, from plan setup to year-end reporting—ensuring our clients’ retirement and health savings are handled with care and compliance.
- Be a frontline defender of regulatory compliance, managing W-8s, Reg CC reviews, and BSA/AML monitoring—keeping the bank safe, sound, and audit-ready.
