Now Hiring: Universal Banker
We’re looking for a Universal Banker for our Downtown Orlando Office who will be our customer’s go-to person for service excellence and consultative management of their banking needs. This role combines the precision of teller transactions with the energy of sales and relationship-building, giving you the opportunity to engage customers across multiple channels. What You’ll be driving as a Universal Banker
- You ARE Climate First Bank - You embody our mission and business principles and keep your customers coming back for more. You will expertly answer customer questions, liaising across different functions within the Bank but always acting as the owner of an inquiry. You understand who we are and what we stand for and strive to be embedded in the communities we serve, always acting as an ambassador and sales agent of the Bank.
- Service is your top Priority - Your teller transactions impress with accuracy and efficiency and customers value your deep product knowledge and resourcefulness. You handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and more with ease and efficiency while maintaining and balancing your cash drawer and assisting with vault duties. You put your customers first and enjoy building lasting relationships with them. Whether it is in-person or through one of our digital channels, you are committed to white glove service for each and every customer, listen attentively to their needs and provide tailored solutions through consultative sales.

What You Bring to the Table
- Your Experience and Education - This isn’t your first rodeo in customer service or sales, you may have gained some hands-on experience in banking already, or you may have had success in a retail or sales environment. Your experience with customers and cash handling is broad and solid. You are not easily rattled and are able to maintain a smile and your composure through just about anything. Your sales instincts are strong, and you are able to match customer needs to the right products, always putting service first and exceeding customer expectations.
