Now Hiring: Branch Administrator
We’re looking for a Branch Manager/ Branch Administrator who is ready to take the reins and lead multiple retail branches to new heights. This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive production, ensure operational excellence, and champion customer satisfaction—all while helping us grow our footprint and deepen our community roots.

This role will be based out of our Downtown Orlando office, where you will be acting Branch Manager, once we convert to a full branch. This role will also require some local travel between our other physical branch locations as noted above.

What You’ll be driving as a Branch Administrator
- Lead with Purpose: Guide and support branch staff and other branch managers, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of growth and accountability.
- Power Production: Implement scalable sales processes to drive production across all branches while always keeping customer satisfaction front and center. Ensure sales goals are met by all retail team members. Develop and implement sales trainings and support new hire onboarding across all branches.
- Streamline Operations: Monitor branch performance, implement and enforce policies and procedures, and ensure consistent, compliant operations across all locations.
- Champion the Customer: Cultivate a customer-first mindset, resolve escalated issues, and drive satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure Compliance: Stay ahead of regulatory requirements, conduct audits, and proactively manage risk.
- Strategize for Success: Collaborate with senior leadership to align branch goals with bank-wide objectives and drive profitability.
- Manage Financials: Oversee branch budgets, analyze reports, and identify opportunities for financial growth.
- Develop Talent: Create training programs, mentor staff, and build a high-performing, inclusive team.
- Engage the Community: Represent Climate First Bank in local initiatives and build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in business or finance (preferred)
- 5+ years of branch leadership experience, ideally in a community bank setting. Multi-branch experience is a plus!!
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and build strong relationships
- Passion for business development, community engagement, and brand building
- Track record of innovative retail strategies that deliver measurable growth
- Willingness to travel regularly to branches across Central Florida
- Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills
- Deep knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, banking systems, and Salesforce
What to expect from your physical environment
- In-Person role.
- Occasional travel required, potentially at short notice.
- Sustained standing and sitting.
- Frequent communication (speaking and listening) in person, via email, text, phone or video chat.
- Frequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor.
- Occasional lifting of basic office files or equipment up to 20 lbs.
